The Civic Projects & Relationships Management© will be used internally to track the civic projects’ workflow, % completion, timeline, resources, costs, procurements, and risks on the Civic Engagement programs. Data analytics will be generated, such as:
- data analytics on Civic Engagement programs for trending, planning, ideas brainstorming, and decision making.
- dashboard metrics on Civic Engagement programs for performance evaluation, improvement, and future direction.
- ongoing advanced research (e.g., machine learning, analytics, and forecasting) to identify potential hot spots of crisis, as part of the 21st Century Unified Muslim Society’s Disaster Preparedness & Resiliency© program.
The Civic Projects & Relationships Management© is helpful to provide data analytics for trending, planning, ideas brainstorming, and decision making; as well as performance metrics that holds the leaders from our Civic Engagement Leadership Councils accountable for their roles & responsibilities (e.g., deliverables and integrity).
